MICROSOFT: content marketing

OVERVIEW

Microsoft asked Morrow Lane to help launch a new brand and product offering for startups. We work cross-functionally on several startup initiatives to consolidate efforts across teams and regions. The first phase of our engagement focused on amplifying Microsoft's events within the startup community across target cities. Our second phase of the engagement is focused on launching a new website for startups and developing original content focused on highlighting startup founders and Accelerators.

MOVO: LAUNCH

RISE: Event planning

Morrow Lane was hired to throw the ultimate launch party for Rise New York in partnership with Barclays and Techstars.

Overview

Morrow Lane was asked to help LSTN optimize their eCommerce website to increase the conversion rate and overall online sales.

We analyzed the current the site and then developed and executed a strategy to increase conversion rates, acquire new customers and retain new users. Our strategy included:

  • Redesign of website and check-out process
  • Abandon cart email strategy to retarget customers who were about to buy, with a 40% success rate of purchasing from this email strate
  • Inclusion of multiple sales channels (Gilt, Amazon, partner sites
  • Increased cart-to-purchase rate by 3X
